Leí con alegría (la información me la envió Haydée, mi hermana) que el Restaurant El Bulli fue seleccionado como el mejor del mundo. Con alegría porque al ser español es como más de uno, de la hispanoamericanidad. Inés Peña lo reseña en su blog.
En la página web - www.theworlds50best.com - explica que para hacer esta selección se dividió al mundo en 20 regiones con votos. Cada una tiene una 'cabeza', llamémosla así, que seleccionó a un panel en su respectiva región.
La ‘cabeza’ en Suramérica es Josimar Melo, brasilero, periodista y crítico en gastronomía. En el panel de Suramérica está Miro Popic, compartiendo responsabilidades de juez con personas como Gastón Acurio.
